Children, Adolescent, and Adult Counseling

Letitia works with children, adolescents and adults on the Autism Spectrum and the communities that support them through her interactions with educational institutions from preschool to college, the Department of Family and Children’s Services, and the Judicial System.
Letitia also holds a certificate in Post Combat Behavioral Health and is on the registry of Care for the Troops. She has worked with veterans and their families in areas including transitioning home, marriage, parenting, PTSD, substance abuse/dependence, depression, and anxiety.
As a Christian, Letitia believes that we are all created for a purpose and have a valuable role to play. She works from the premise that obstacles can be overcome or managed in such a way that allows each individual to reach his or her potential.

Letitia Barnes, M.S., LPC


Letitia is a licensed professional counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology. She holds a level one certificate in Rational Living Therapy, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Letitia works with individuals and families. Her clients range in age from 7 years old to adult. She is experienced in working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, addictions and compulsions, autism spectrum disorders, marriage, parenting, and grief. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with therapies such as Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Art Therapy, and Play Therapy.  She provides each client with an individualized treatment plan.
